Payment terms

Outside peak periods, the total amount of the reservation is payable on arrival.
During public holidays and special periods, 50% of the total amount is payable in advance upon reservation, within 5 calendar days of booking. The balance is payable on arrival on the spot.
For New Year's Evereservations, the deposit is 100% of the total amount of the reservation and must be paid into the hotel's bank account no later than 30.09.2026. The remaining amount will be payable on arrival on the spot.
For the summer period, the deposit is50% of the total amount of the reservation and must be paid into the hotel's bank account no later than 14 days before arrival.
The use of a SZÉP card (either on the spot or in advance) is only possible if the cardholder is participating in the trip and staying on the spot!

Cancellation conditions

Outside peak periods, bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 14:00 the day before arrival. Cancellations after 14:00 the day before arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night per room.
Reservations madefor holidays, long weekends and school holidayscan be cancelled free of charge until midnight on the 15th day prior to arrival. For cancellations made from the 14th day before arrival, the hotel will charge 50% of the booking amount as a penalty.
For bookings madeduring the Christmas and Easter periods , cancellations are free of charge until midnight on the 31st day before arrival. Cancellations made from the 30th day before arrival will be charged 50% of the booking amount as a penalty.
For New Year's Evebookings, cancellations can be made until 15.11.2026 free of charge. For cancellations made from 16.11.2026 onwards, the hotel will charge 100% of the booking amount as a penalty.
If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment of the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.
In case of early departure, we are not able to refund the amount of the reservation or the deposit paid.
